The South African Education Law Association
creates a participation forum for anyone interested in and concerned about the
relationship between law and education.
In this manner, researchers, legal
practitioners, school partners, departmental officials and others join various
debates on education law-related matters with the aim of contributing to
advancing fundamental rights in and through education.
CELP aims to contribute to the transformation of society in South Africa through the scientific and academic study of education law and educational issues and through the dissemination of such information to all relevant role-payers.
Our publications provide useful resources across a range of education law related topics such as Human Rights, Learner Discipline, School Governance, etc.
